Infrawatcher AI monitors your DNS, SSL certificates, WebSocket ports, Elastic Beanstalk environments, and MongoDB Atlas clusters — then diagnoses failures and proposes fixes before they become incidents.
Detects Namecheap parking IPs, wrong NS delegation, missing A records, and TTL anomalies before your users notice.
Validates TCP connectivity, TLS handshake success, and WebSocket protocol upgrade (101) — not just ping.
Checks Elastic Beanstalk environment health (Green/Yellow/Red) and RDS instance status directly from the AWS API.
MongoDB Atlas, Supabase, Neon, PlanetScale, CockroachDB, Turso, Redis/Upstash, Firebase, Elasticsearch, Astra DB, and Pinecone.
A timestamped timeline of every failure with root cause tags and resolution times — your audit trail.
When a check fails, our AI engine diagnoses the root cause and proposes a specific fix for your review.
Probes port 443, reads the cert expiry date, and alerts at 30-day and 7-day thresholds. Zero credentials required — just a domain.
Email, Slack, PagerDuty, and Microsoft Teams — all four channels in a single settings page. PagerDuty incidents auto-resolve when checks pass.
Upload your runbooks and SOPs. The AI agent fetches live check data, searches your knowledge base, and answers triage questions in plain language. $50/mo add-on.
Add your domain, API endpoint, WebSocket host, AWS IAM credentials, and MongoDB Atlas API keys. Takes under 5 minutes.
Infrawatcher AI runs DNS, HTTP, WebSocket, Elastic Beanstalk, and Atlas checks on your configured interval — no manual triggering.
When something fails, you get an email with the check name, failure reason, and a dashboard link. The AI engine proposes a specific fix.
Not just an alert — a diagnosis. When a check fails, our AI engine analyzes the raw failure data and proposes a specific, actionable fix for your review.
Namecheap parking IPs detected: 172.234.24.211
The evilapples.com domain at Namecheap has reverted to default Namecheap name servers instead of delegating to AWS Route 53. This causes the domain to resolve to Namecheap parking IPs which drop HTTP requests.
Log into Namecheap → Domain List → Manage → Nameservers → Custom DNS. Set all four NS records to: ns-276.awsdns-34.com, ns-746.awsdns-29.net, ns-1138.awsdns-14.org, ns-1983.awsdns-55.co.uk.
All proposed fixes are shown for review — nothing is executed automatically.
